    See Angela's post below. She gives a good description of
Primary Math. I have not used the program but considered it
and reviewed it. I am one who cannot just open a math
workbook and begin teaching. I need a teacher's manual that
explains manipulative use and lays out the components of
the program so that I know where I'm going. I didn't find
that with Primary Math. The teacher's manuals(if indeed
there are any, are not available to us in the States--you
can order some teacher guides but they aren't too useful.
Also, drill, an essential part of the program in Singapore,
is not present in the workbooks or the available teacher
guides, so you have to come up with your own way to
integrate drill. So, if you're someone who needs some hand
holding, this may be something to take into account.
