	My two kids (currently ages 9 & 12) have been in Kumon for three years. They are heads and shoulders above their peers in school (both go to private schools). The Kumon method is similar to Saxon Math in that it teaches a small concept and then drills the students with several problems until they master the concept. Speed is emphasized. You can't go wrong with Kumon as a supplement.
