	Dear Posters, Jen Hoos took me up on my offer to help out with these boards, so I will be monitoring every couple of days to be sure posts are appropriate to this board and suitable for family consumption. In the interest of ongoing discussion of the topics presented here, I will not be removing posts after a certain date, unless they seem to be date-dependent (conference announcements, etc.).
